I typically do not write reviews on much of anything, but I made an exception due to the outstanding service we received from our Realtor Gwen Dunn in Pagosa Springs. We purchased a property earlier this year and Gwen was great guiding us through the process with the listing agent and seller. It was a complicated arrangement and she made sure we stayed on track with escrow payments, inspections, reports, and repairs. She also greatly helped us with the comps and evaluation of the property, so if you are buying or selling real estate in the Pagosa Springs area I highly recommend calling Gwen.

My first home purchase was a success due to Gwen helping me with all the details and explaining all the unknowns. She helped me negotiate a great price as well! If I ever upgrade to another home, I will definately be using Gwen Dunn.
